SRIRACHA + STRAWBERRIES

While maybe not the first combo that comes to your mind, if you love adding heat to your fruit, Sriracha and strawberries hits the spot. I use Huy Fong Sriracha salt, which is made of pink Himalayan salt and dried Sriracha, and squeeze a lime over the bowl. I have a few ideas of what I’ll do next with Srirachaberries, including ice pops and dehydrating them in the oven.
